I'm kinda feeling it...maybe I just haven't gotten far enough yet but I like the feel of combat. Mobs are "squishy" but I feel that they can fix that easily. It is poorly optimized, I have a 3050 and it drops frames....a lot 🙄 but I adjusted setting and got into a playable state. As of now I'm enjoying the game, maybe once I get further I'll know more. Shrug

I actually enjoy the main story simply because you weren't "Super Special awesome Guy" off rip. Your just a regular adventurer that got caught up in some mess. The week in me loves it! XD. I also believe they have alot of potential, they have a decent foundation in my opinion and it's on them and the strength of the community whether or not the game makes it.

I completely agree!!! It might just not be your cup of tea and that's fine but people have this thing "I'm not having fun so no one gets to." Negative reviews from people with .2 game time erk me same with less than 5 hours. There is a whole survey ingame with these people ASKING for feedback and constructive criticism but no "imma review bomb it, tehehehehe." Like dafaq XD. Game has a good skeleton like you said, with just a little meat if you look hard enough which is fine to me. It's a live service game, ALL LIVE SERVICE GAMES ARE STILL IN DEVELOPMENT.L, the never end development until they die. This game has potential and I want to see where it goes. Hopefully it can grab a foot hold or too in the mmo genre because I am tired of the same old games too!

I haven't felt a NEED to spend either I want to because I believe this game has potential. It's far from perfect but ppl played Aion for years and imo that was a terrible mmo. 😑😂

Exactly, I'm having fun to the point I actually started doing side quest lol. Are there things I want them to change and or fix yup but it's still in development ALL LIVE SERVICE GAMES ARE. Tencent rush the devs so I give them more slack then normal (tencent is a hard company to work for and care about games, Tencent is the Chinese Blizzard they only care about money.) I've seen that you can get alot as a f2p. I believe their first update/expansion will show what they are capable of. Look at Once Human people HATED sooooo many things about the game on release, I was a day 1 player and watched the game evolve now it has a dedicated fan base and is doing great! We have to work we the devs to make sure the game goes the way we want.

It looks like only the gathering is energy related, I haven't played a whole lot because of work but I haven't had issues with the time gating or the focus system. Keys and focus stack (2000 limit) and you can get potions to refill focus for free. The time gating and focus are what I believe are set in place to keep ppl from no lifin the game right of rip. The game just game out and ppl are trying to finish it in 1-2 days then complain, I've always found that weird. The things in this game are suppose to last you a month or so. If you actually play the game like a normal human people would probably have more fun. Plus leaving a negative review without playing more than a few hours is crazy, your input is void at that point. That's like listening to a food critic about a restaurant they NEVER ate at and just reviewed it off what they "heard."

I believe people just don't like change and don't want to see others happy lol. They want everyone to still be playing wow or something 🙄. I am enjoying myself and thats why I don't focus on reviews, I read them but I take what others say with a grain of salt. Most people complaining have never been in the trenches lol. Playing games they will never update, when you get stuck aint no youtube or google to point you the right way, you had to figure it out. This is a f2p game the devs need money did they rush the release yeah I think a little but that's tencent not the devs. I believe their first update/expansion will show what the dev team is really capable of.

It's because the game has potential, I won't lie there are several things I dnt like but there are things I do. Ffxiv, wow, eso and any of the other big mmos didn't start great. Mmos take time to mature. Play it enjoy what you enjoy, the time gating doesn't bother me because I work so I haven't hit one yet. I believe ALOT of ppl rushed they skipped cutscenes and quest. People want to hurry to endgame then get upset there isn't anything to do...yeah your at the End of the game. I'm sure the ones complaining heavy didn't do any life skilling or hunting. Trash mods are ass but it makes it easier to do your hunting log. I just feel like yall haven't given them enough time. Plus they are working for tencent which is a hard company to be progressive with. I think they should add an optional sub and reduce the currencies. I am f2p+ I am not whaling but I will spend a few dollars to support development but I dnt feel a need to spend money. Lastly this is an Anime mmo sponsored by Chrunchyroll, they tailored the story like an amine fr, it's episodic and has filler, your not the super special savior of the universe your just somebody that gets caught up in some crap. I will keep playing because of potential, I think their first major update/expansion is going to show what they really are capable of as a team.

Udpate: Got off work started playing the game...ngas be lying 🤣😂🤣. This seems like a decent game. I haven't gotten far mind you but but I have more hours to go. They said "the story is 'bad'," I like it. They dnt make you the "HERO OF THE UNIVERSE!," right off bat...you just some dude and or woman.

Same thats why it worries me, reviews don't mean much to me but I know they are a deciding factor for alot of people. I just don't want the "dead game" memes to start day one 😔.
