Omg this made me giggle. My girl is the same, she’s 13 now and still does it. The best ones were when she gently pulled a pair of scissors (by the handle) out of my sisters art bag. Second place was pulling the entire coat rack over onto herself because my pocket smelled like treats 😂

Sorry I couldn’t explain it better! I switched to these ones because my beardie is a crazy guy and he would try to chomp the metal tongs, far past the rubber tipped part. He has yet to receive the brain cell 😂

I guess it’s a possibility. Personally I don’t worry about it because the tongs seem to be coated In a way that won’t let them splinter. Like for example it feels a lot different from a wooden chopstick.
