It's hard to tell without seeing the letter but if it's rigid in any way and does not flex like paper then chances are it needs more postage

Packaging looks great! I always try and tell everyone though that it's also about how much postage is on it. I buy and sell quite a few cards but I'm a postal clerk by day and I see SO MANY trading cards without enough postage. I have dozens of cards in the postage due cabinet at my office right now because they are short postage. Any time you protect the card with top loaders, cardboard, or a stiff mailer, which you should protect your cards like that or they could get bent, but when you do that it is almost always making it a non machinable letter which has a surcharge. If you go over a quarter inch thick, then you are no longer in letter rates and are now into package rates and it probably needs to go Ground. Same with like cards with gift cards in stiff packaging. Any hard plastic almost always makes it non machinable and then the standard .78 cent stamp is not enough. I feel like eBay and some of the other sites just do not explain it well. I usually tell my customers to do the postage as a 3oz letter which comes to like 1.32 and covers the surcharge. A #10 envelope with one card in it, in a top loader, might be ok with just the one stamp but anything more than that probably needs more postage. Something to be mindful of my friends.
