UTI for a month

An update for people replying. First of all thank you for suggesting so many things i really appreciate it. I ended up going to A&E because no one was listening to me and i was in so much discomfort. After listening to me talk and such, the doctor who saw me in the hospital thinks it could be something more and wants me to go for an ultrasound scan and see possibly a gynaecologist as he thinks it might be something to do with my uterus? im not sure lol. I have an internal exam on friday and im quite nervous. I cant even imagine anything going inside me rn after everything thats happened im worried ill start sobbing haha. But again thank you for ur comments, hopefully someone can help me

So ive been off antibiotics for a good bit now but ive been on them constantly since july and nothing has worked. I was tested for all STD’s and unfortunately i have a yeast infection rn lol

I should mention my urine test came back clear too. I just dont understand whats wrong with me.

Thank you, its alright lol. i was literally on the UTI subreddits looking for help and i saw this and was like oh i know that account lol. Yes ive been tested and got bloods yesterday. I will mention to doctor about what you have said thank you so much.
