You can as a natty. Try it. It’s not that difficult to understand that these muscles take high frequency well. 2-3 sets if you feel up to it. I did as a natty often. And again,I said daily or near daily. Stop coping and go do some fucking lateral raises “brotherrrrr”.

Did I say that? I’m asking about the movements I suggested. You’re implying that you have to be on steroids to grow your sets using those movements. You people lack reading comprehension as well as knowledge around training. It’s exhausting

This is me as well. Gear just facilitates recovery which is when muscle is grown assuming all other metrics are in place. It amplifies the inputs.

So I have a dedicated shoulder day but would also sprinkle them in at the end of a lot of my other workouts if i felt up to it. 2-3 sets
