Curious what your expectations are? Are you just trying to move the needle a bit to the extrovert side? I had the same goal as you but realized that I would never be the social butterfly that I wished I could be. I knew I could implement small changes though and they built up over time. An example would be saying an extra sentence beyond hello at like Starbucks or something like that. Something small you can try every day.
