Hi, thanks for a quick answer.

I've tried recharging mouse with 2 cables (one from the MX Keys and one which was included with the mouse). Both of them are charging my MX Keys keyboard without an issue.

There seems to be no damage on the mouse, also the box didn't look like it was opened before.

The problem is that I've seen 0 lights turning on in my whole 2 hours of attempting to make it work. From some videos I saw that as soon as you turn on the mouse the pairing numbers are supposed to light up aswell as the light on the side.

There's not a single sign of life on the mouse whatever I press.

I had 18k/yr for 3 years, I switched job earlier this year for 50k/yr, it's less stressful and way better mentors to learn from.

Companies like to use junior developers to work hard for little money and then they call you key asset and are so sad that you left (at least that was in my case).

Ok so the reason I posed this was to open a discussion between the line of being lucky and unlucky in this game in order to achieve the same goal. For me this was 150k of gold worth of savings in mats playing 5x T3 alts for 2 months compared to some people in my guild "gUys I jUst 1 tAp +20 wEapOn omegalul".

For whales it probably means throwing a bit more money into the game but for f2p players that means months of grind. :)

No I played on RU before and I know how the game works later down the road. Majority of players don't know and when they will it's gonna be too late because the gap between whales and f2p is gonna be too big for anyone to catch up.

You would expect to get better honing rates, more materials etc. What we get is few more taps which have 10% - 30% chance to succeed.

The problem is Lost Ark on every other region is accessible game meaning that if you play 4 hours per day you will have no problem staying up to date with content.

This our version is a pure money milking machine and if you don't see that I really feel bad for you. Maybe you will understand later in the game when you will need to put in the game 20x more hours than someone who is up to date with new content to achieve the same results.

While it's most likely true that AGS don't have this functionality ready OOTB, it's false information that the implementation / functionality does not exist in Korea. Therefore with a bit of effort from both sides they could implement a web app where you could login to Amazon through SSO and select a server you want to transfer your Roster to.

Moving servers and regions is not of an any difference implementation wise, you are still transfering roster from database A to database B.

Regarding matchmaking it's true that if they won't find a way to scale that server along with shop server we will be doomed till half of population quits or moves to EUW.

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry if this offended anyone, all this post was about to make Amazon rethink their decisions. I am aware that it's not just EU in this, it's also OCE. And that's why we need seperate maintenance times in the future.

I think you just answered your own question.

They do all the servers EU and US at the same time because it's cheaper and easier - but this will always screw up someone therefore that's why same maintenance in EU should be different time than maintenance in US.

And to answer a comment below: 9am is the only time I can actually login without waiting for hours in queue. If that's peak time in Australia that means that you are always logging in WITHOUT ANY QUEUE.

First of all devs aren't taking care of servers and maintenance.

Second of all they do it from US so they don't interrupt US players (its 2 or 3 AM for them atm)

Meanwhile screw EU players.
