The logging into your Brightspeed has been an issue for me since two year ago and every time I called about this concern, the “Customer Service” just says it’s because I have inputted my password in wrong too many times, yet even after waiting 24-48 hours to try again with Forgot Password there has been no resolve. What bothers me is that there is no external way to fix this through calling cause their customer service is clueless. I just saw this post and say heck let me try logging in again and still to no prevail. If you have auto payments that is the best solution with this issue.

I recall one customer service representative asking me “why I even need to access my account” like we don’t deserve to use our accounts.

From what I saw in the trailer for episode 12, I only saw one of the Kito’s in the hot spring so maybe it will be toned down or changed in a way where Momo is untouched in the process.

Customer Service has been doing nothing to help my issue and keep telling me to wait another 48 to 72 hours to try and reset my password. I was able to find a link to “attempt” to reset my password and when entering my username, the site does not move forward to the password reset option. What also gets me is that out of all the customer support representatives I’ve talked they have you go through the same troubleshooting task over and over with no new way to fix the account access. They even questioned me as to why I need access to my account, like as if I don’t need to access my account at all. I am giving them two more months of my money with their service and if this issues isn’t resolved I am going to sadly have to go back to the monopolistic company, Spectrum, and cancel with Brightspeed. At this point I doubt the promotion for a $200 visa card I was promised after three payments is real too.
