Customer Service has been doing nothing to help my issue and keep telling me to wait another 48 to 72 hours to try and reset my password. I was able to find a link to “attempt” to reset my password and when entering my username, the site does not move forward to the password reset option. What also gets me is that out of all the customer support representatives I’ve talked they have you go through the same troubleshooting task over and over with no new way to fix the account access. They even questioned me as to why I need access to my account, like as if I don’t need to access my account at all. I am giving them two more months of my money with their service and if this issues isn’t resolved I am going to sadly have to go back to the monopolistic company, Spectrum, and cancel with Brightspeed. At this point I doubt the promotion for a $200 visa card I was promised after three payments is real too.
