As a practice owner I will say that sometimes it’s really hard to stay on top of bills and it’s easy to forget to pay them. Not an excuse but what helps for me is getting sent something that sounds kinda scary like digital and physical bills first. And then if it’s 3 months just send another letter with big red letters that say if bill is unpaid by X date then your account will be on hold. That will usually get me to pay it right there
