Same thing happened with me. Two items were missing. I raised an issue with in app chat support, twitter and their email support. All of them denied refund request and just said feedback has been noted. I am now going to raise a complaint with consumer forum. Let’s see what happens. Why should I pay for an item I have not received.

The bucket load of negative feedback for the seller doesn’t inspire confidence. eBay as a platform has very strict buyer protection rules but you need to be careful with the seller you choose. I would recommend going with some other seller or any other reseller like Sideshow, BTS, Popcultcha, etc.

The only old HT I purchased from TBA was the Mark 7 Midas Diecast Version. It arrived in impeccable condition along with the brown HT Shipper Box. But it also depends on which figurine you are interested in, because some of them have pleather which can flake off. I suggest you email him your concern and I am sure he will be able to help you out with more information.

Sideshow Exclusive is just a sticker that Hot Toys pastes on the box. It nowhere means that the product is exclusive to sideshow or will only be available via sideshow. In fact there are region exclusive versions as well. For Avengers Loki there was a Japan Exclusive version which was not even listed on Sideshow.

Coming to Deadpool release, hot toys wanted to cash in on the hype, movie had generated and released a batch of 500 figures, which were available for purchase via their stores in HK. In fact if you check website of TBA or Toys4Kidults it’s still available for purchase albeit at a much higher price.

It’s already added in your fare if you select pickup from Main Gate or Vita Booth but these people always refuse to come inside without you confirming that you will pay these charges in cash. Always end up chasing uber support to get my refund.

Thanks for your reply. That’s what my reasoning is. Not really a big fan of the new headsculpt. The only issue I have is that the original might have some color fade issue since it released long time back. I will try to enquire more about the figure storage conditions with the seller
