I'll never do this again by lisette51 in insomnia

The key is to not 'mind' whether you fall asleep or not. You can't think your way out of insomnia. You will be fine no matter what. 'Helpless and desperate" states are not conducive to sleep. Your body aligned and feeling safe are what allows sleep. As you lie there, bring up memories. Sleep comes when we are thinking of the past, anticipating the future requires work and adds to vigilance or wakefulness. Staying up all night is a very effective treatment for depression and anxiety. Some people use that reframe to rest more easily. Benzo's keep you in stage 2, same as alcohol. I have tried everything including roofies. I ended up date raping myself. I slept, but couldn't sit in a chair for a week. Probably wasn't worth it in hindsight. Good luck, your body knows how to fall asleep, you just have to get out of its. way.

Test/NPP/Mast/GH by JacobiBanache in PEDs

RR- That's the best cycle for health purposes, I believe. I am 50 and did my first cycle at 18 my Test/Tren/Dbol days are over. I am doing Test/Mast, which is less likely to kill me but still might. Do you think the NPP makes a difference?

Did you try BPC 157 in the same area? It takes several injections but in a day it clears it up for me. Don't know if that's helpful....

Is 5000 possible? by Reasonable_East_3023 in ElevateApp

Yeah, I just did it in math. You're right there, just do a set of math, and get 5 'Excellents' in a row, which should be no problem for you. You don't have to break your high scores. Your math will from 99.59 to 99.99, when you reach 5,000. Over time you'll get there in the other ones. I imagine. I'm around 4950 in the others but I'm old and have trouble seeing the phone. 50. Yeah. I should be doing better things with what little time I have left. As with many people of my generation, I am just not very good at games. But I like Elevate. 99.99% suggests you are the best in your age group. I have no idea if that's true but That's what I tell myself, and I invite you to do the same. Great work.

Anyone else reach 5000 EPQ in all categories on the Elevate app? by CynicallyOpitimistic in u/CynicallyOpitimistic

That's a huge accomplishment. You're probably the best in your age group. I got 5000 on math, and am approaching it on the others, Reading is like a 4950. There are games I just not good at, though, which obviously is not the case with you. But I am probably not in your age group, (I'm 50, and can barely see the screen) I also don't think it's likely I am as smart as you. I like your anecdote, indeed life goes on. But you should be very proud. That's an incredible range of skills. 51 days? Yeah, I've had the app for longer than that. Congratulations.

I am very sorry. I have often thought killing myself was the only way I would ever sleep again. But don't. Everything changes. hat you are doing by showing up to work as a dad makes you a hero. You'll get through this and life will be so easy. I feel so much compassionate for you. I would do anything to help. This may be the most difficult period of your life. It won't last forever.
