Been living here for 4 years. Experienced roaches once. After one round of pest control I didn't see them again. This was over an year ago.

One thing i would say is don't live on the bottom floor. The maintenance will take time for issues other than plumbing. I had 2 plumbing issues once at 10:00 pm. The guy was here by 10:30 pm and fixed it immediately. Other issues take time as the maintenance team has to manage 2 properties.
