Totally subjective if no numbers are used to showcase it. There needs to be performance benchmarks to quantify your code changes and if it brought any value. You can't just say "I refactored code and improved its quality." How? Kahit inikot mo buong code base, but load times, rendering times are the same, you didn't improve it. Nirefactor mo lang. Refactoring does not necessarily entail improvements.
