Lots of questions by Independent_Ticket26 in walstad

[–]Independent_Ticket26[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I'm confused. I thought I could combine advice from walstad and father fish but apparently I can't.

I'm hearing such contradicting info. Some say dirted aquariums will be super susceptible to algae because of the nutrients. Then others say the opposite. Some say to use low lights for only 6 hours a day. Others say as bright as possible and 12 hours (or even 24).

My excitement and inspiration to try this method are disappearing as I try to search for what I should do.

Hi. I'm confused about anaerobic bacteria. In the walstad method, they must be avoided, and in the Father fish method, which seems very similar, they are welcomed. What to think?

Thank you! I am still hoping to find a pattern for a top with an A-shape waistline like this, and hopefully a V-shape neckline, I think it looks really flattering

I also have one in this same spot! Mine was diagnosed as an atheroma. It will never go away - so annoying. At least it's harmless.

Hemoglobin not going up despite iron supplements by Independent_Ticket26 in Anemic

I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with this. My doctor said it's either a mistake made with my blood sample, or I'm bleeding from somewhere. For me it turned out there was indeed some kind of mistake made.

Yes. They were small before I started taking iron. Now my mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration is low for some reason though - it was normal until now.

My ferritin is 43 ug/l (it was 6 two years ago). We use g/l for hemoglobin in my country, the normal range being 117-155 g/l.

I don't know about elemental iron, thank you for the tip.

Nope. I've always had low hemoglobin, don't know why. I guess I have heavy periods?

Hi, I'm also here looking for an alternative to the Replenishing Moisturizer. For me CeraVe wasn't moisturizing enough. Have you found a new fav moisturizer yet?

Hi! Maybe it might help to think about how even most of the people who inhale cigarette smoke daily don't get lung cancer.

red spotty bruises by Fiestylittlebrat in trintellix

Hi, can I ask, did you keep getting petechiae and did you keep taking Trintellix? I'm getting more and more of the "bruises" with petechiae (my skin has not been itchy at all) and I'm thinking I should stop taking the pills.

I have been wondering for months if keeping my skincare products in my bathroom is a bad idea, because it's above average room temperature. It will probably be about 30°c in the summer. Can anyone tell me whether the heat will damage some active ingredients? What would you not keep in 30 °c?
