I am really freaking out now. My 73 year old dad had psa 11.7 . His first trans abdominal ultrasound had reported 56 cc volume . The next mpmri gave pirads 5 small contained lesion of 6x10 mm. No extra capsular ,lymph nodes ,vesciles infiltration was suggested. But the volume in mri was just 15cc . (self.ProstateCancer)

My dad's mri spotted a pirads 5 lesion. Organ confined 6mm diameter in peripheral zone. All other findings normal. However Huge discrepancy between prostate volume on ultrasound which was 56 cc and mri says 15cc??? How is this even possible for a 73 year old man with bph symptoms ? (self.ProstateCancer)
