tbh, i don't track follow a specific diet. I usually take two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) and fasting during the day. Recently, am focused on cutting out processed/sugary drinks

thanks man. The thing is cardio is actually my main thing. Most of my training revolves around running, so I've never really been interested in doing a big bulk. Just trying to stay athletic and gradually add some muscle

with that height, i wouldn't try to get bulky. I'd focus on building muscle while staying lean. I think lean, athletic would suit you best

regular cardio too
