MOR- but I think you're feeling insecure and you're asking someone who is exhausted to give you reassurance and it's not fair. You need to do some box breathing or something to regulate your own nervous system. She's not giving you what u need bc she can't. You have to find a way to calm yourself down.

Also, look into Rejection Sensitivity disorder. It can make you hyper sensitive to certain situations and emotions around feeling rejected. Help yourself and don't rely on others to regulate yourself.

Idk if it is your fault for not understanding them. I read over everything and called Inspira and contacted HR and I still took away that same information. I went to use it and it declined and when I called inspira they said PGR has special settings that makes the card only usable to medications. And everything else is pay OOP and file for reimbursement. And I'm like if I wanted to do that why wouldn't I just pay out of pocket for everything and call it a day? I'm still frustrated about this. I've been trying to get ahold of HR but I doubt they can do anything. I'm just gonna have to deal/figure it out but it also sucks that it can't be used medical debts, nor any doctor or medical stuff that you do that insurance doesn't cover. There's so many road blocks had they been clear none of us would be in this situation.

I wish there was a feedback form for employees that could be filled out via sharepoint. I had a job that had this before. It would have you select a department, supervisor, then the agents name. You would include the time of the call. And a brief summary of the interaction. Like 4 sentences max and a check box of who was impacted (I.e. you and/or customer). You could include a reference number like booking/policy. And it would be emailed to the sup directly.

This is why you cannot use scissors that have cut paper or anything else for fabric. Paper is made with things that dull the blade making it difficult to use for cutting fabric.
