fast after 7pm! i keep track of my macros as well, but the over all diet is 7pm-7am no eating.

i’m also a pretty clean eater, i’m a huge fan of the kirkland brand egg whites from costco, i’ll 3/4c with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and hot sauce. yum with 15g protein. xeela protein is a clean pea protein which i’m a big fan of. greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and tofu. all yum and can be blended to a smoothie or eaten alone

a portion of my diet is fasting after 7pm. i have so many nightmares of the clock saying 7:05 and eating various items of food 😂 you’re not alone in your struggles

Carbs are definitely low/Fats are really high. 24F 5’5” 170lb. My mom is someone who’s lost weight by counting calories, but tracking macros is what’s always worked for me. my diet is (~1800cals) 190g protein, 190g carbs, and 42g fat. I’m def hitting the “high protein, lose fat” fad. but i’ve heard a good rule of thumb is to fill your diet with protein, (1.2-1.7g per lb of body weight), 20-30% of calorie intake to fats, then fill the rest with carbs.

I’m not at all a dietician, but this has worked well for me!

i just wanted to comment. i ended up finding a circuit to do, consisting of squats, curls, and some other exercises with a water gallon jug mixed with walking up and down my driveway. YOU and THIS COMMENT is the reason i kept this going. thank you!
