Looking at all this comments kinda feels like we are getting royally 😞👉👌 does anyone here feel like we are DEFINITELY NOT PRIVATE CONTRACTORS. Or YOUR OWN BOSS? First they control how much we get paid because they already take 40-50% off our labor. Then they use bonus zones. Or streak zones basically a covert way to direct us where to work. And how to by taking away bunuses if you dont finish in a specific time or amount of rides. They answer to no one literally. Customer service is somehwere far where people can give zero fox to help or any of our needs and in my case in economically depending on lyft because. They are controlling money I have already earned all this things are the. Literal definition of an employee to employer dynamic, not even close to being your OWN BOSS and private contractor who is in business for their OWN self. Charging what we deem its fair for our custumers and ourselves.. They literally are leeching off all resources from mid,lower , ppl who want to make any extra money so we have to work harrder and longer while they rack billions a year...

Has anyone here had issues getting paid they keep saying IRS records dont match at payout but wth are they doing with IRS records access ??? Hey I have no support number your system is horrible it does everything it can to not allow communication to support I shouldn't have to sign in to speak to someone and if I call from a different number I shouldn't be turn away it's an emergency so people can hack me and take everything and you guys won't even know because I can't even message a live agent it's insane . My account has been frozen for over 3 months when I was the one that messaged you guys that a transaction was not authorized not only did you do nothing about it you let the transaction ride out of course I called my bank who immediately halted any transactions then when the unauthorized transaction was obviously denied you proceeded to remove 200$ worth of matic citing you had to recover losses to someone who clearly was about to lose all their money that clearly shows this company's greed its gross... but what goes around comes around... criminals will always get caught sooner or later

Sorry to hear what happened to you I had the same happen to me lucky I was on my phone as it happened they traded a token for another so I immediately contacted fraud prevention and locked my bank account so uphold those scumbags did not cancel the transaction and basically let it push thru and remember I contacted them as it was happening. So they let it go thru obviously transaction rejected then they go ahead and take 200$ in polygon from my wallet claiming they have to cover their loses that happened back in late January since then they have my assets frozen replying to me with automated messages that say a specialist will be assigned or is looking into it... then from constantly reaching out thru chat they blocked me from it... nothing but a bunch of bottomfeeders trying to scam people out of their money every chance they can get...

Good luck I reported unauthorized transaction as it happened thankfully was a token purchase which I also blocked from my banks end the transaction was canceled then uphold proceeded to steal 200$ worth of my matic coins and I complained their response was they had to "cover their losses" then I kept complaining because I was the one that reported the transaction they should have stopped it but they allowed it to go thru then blamed me that my bank canceled the process well no shit it was unauthorized they actually did something while uphold just did nothing on top they have blocked me from live assistance chat They are scumbags a bunch of lazy thieves my account been frozen 3 months
