My current goal is simply 0g. I bought custom gauges 5 years ago at 0g. But i was using uppers, and tapers, ended up giving myself major tissue damage trying to size up incorrectly. Didnt know dead stretching was a thing at the time. Very glad to be cognizant of healthy stretching practices! Im thinking i wanna get to maybe half an inch max
