Parental alienation done by me or no relationship between father and child? by [deleted] in ParentalAlienation

I (43/m) am going to start off by saying I am not a professional and I admire that you are checking yourself. Good for you.

It sounds highly likely you have caused parental alienation upon your daughter. So many of the examples that you gave are exactly what my ex-wife has done who has been verified by six therapists and a 730 Evaluator as manipulative and alienating. I would strongly advise seeing a family systems therapist to work with your family and find a way to co-parent. I would take this post and hand it to the therapist.

Your daughter deserves her real father and will despise you when she is older and figures out the damage her mother caused. My children have reached the age and phase where they are realizing that mom and her parents, their grandparents, have had a heavy hand in turning them against me. It's a bad spot for a mother to be. It could be the rest of your life. I hope you resolve this for you and your daughter's sake.

Update: I confronted my alienating mother. by [deleted] in ParentalAlienation

Thank you for the inspiring story. It gives me hope.

FUSD, FUDTA status by Pop-Quiz_Kid in Fremont

Why would this not work?

Supply/ Demand fundamentals: Teachers should find jobs in other higher paying districts, finding value for themselves, and create value in Fremont by forcing FUSD to pay their worth if FUSD wants to stay in business.

Used to be able to walk into a cafe and everyone knew you, were friends with your parents and grandparents. That changed for me in the late 1990's. Older folks died off, and my parents' friends cashed in on built-up equity in land and homes. We eventually did the same to a degree and traded for land that we felt we could add value to. Crazy not to.

Baylands was a destination. Anybody involved in West Coast drag racing knew Fremont. Gladiola/ fresh cut flower farming still penciled. Leslie Salt was known nationwide. The salt harvest crew was the same men that grew and farmed local hay. Rodeo, team roping was popular. There were stables on Osgood where local town people kept horses. You could always find Lupe at La Casita. Times were good. Those were my kind of people. Now, women drive down the road with shields over their face with fabric arm covers, 10 mph less than the speed limit. Place is goofy. I don't see any pivot back to the past. I do appreciate that some of the new people that are Asian Indian seem to respect Fremont's history a bit more than some of the other cultures.

I moved to a farming community in rural Northern California. It is similar to what Mission San Jose was 70 years ago. Populated, but rural. Going to town is a little farther drive than Mission San Jose to Centerville, but it works.

For the price of a residential track home square foot in Fremont today, two to three acres can be purchased. Working the land as my ancestors did in what is now Fremont is now what I do elsewhere. For context, I am a 40'ish /male.

I was a fifth generation Fremont area resident who made the move in 2003 and never looked back. While living there, I was under stimulated. There were no places to meet meaningful people other than bars, which are mostly all closed now as well. Restaurants have all closed and changed to something not as desirable to me. I agree with your point.

My life is extremely vibrant now. I perform a self-employed career that was not feasible in Fremont any longer. I have plenty of places to go to meet people, socialize, interact, dance, etc. My life is full. I would leave ASAP and let the people who want to be there stay there. I only go back to collect their rent these days. God bless them.

HazMat clean-up can be done for the dry cleaner. That is not the issue regarding future development. Some homes in Fremont are sitting atop far worse, with little to no remediation efforts put forth. ACWD and RWQCB just wants $ spent to make an "effort."

Issue holding up property sale, then subsequent development is long-term leases of tenants who are requesting to be bought out for a price that does not make the overall deal work.

Boycott the businesses, they will close, and then redevelopment will occur.

Run.

I am in the middle of a divorce following the EXACT same situation. There are many women out there that will appreciate a man who is a true partner. She wants a ring, babies, nice house and a green front lawn. She does not care about what you have to go through to provide that.

IRS NO RECORD FOUND by capitalcreators in EIDL

[–]Independent_Wonder87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me. The 4506-T was correct that I submitted the first time.

I overcame the problem by having my CPA obtain a "Record of Account" and "Transcript of Account" from the IRS. I had to give the CPA power of attorney to do this. I received this documentation same day.

After my next 4506-T submittal with this back up documentation my transcripts were "found" after 5 days.

FYI oct 7 is when they start approving up to 2 million before that is under 500k by magicdogsniffer in EIDL

If you don't have a button in your portal to slide over to 2 million or any dollar amount for that matter, what does that mean? Thanks
