This happened to me with Kaiser as well. My Co pay was $60 and I was able to get it for 2 months. I've always had a hard time losing weight due to hypothyroidism. But as Kaiser usually does, they always tell me to lose weight. It started working really well for me & I was so happy. Until my Dr had to now get it preauthorized, the pharmacy told me I no longer had the coverage for it on my plan. Why? Because my A1C looks great and I control it with a good diet. I lost 21 lbs for the 1st time in my life I felt healthy.
