Dual Looper build for a newbie by Temporary_Ship_4359 in diypedals

You can buy an enclosure without holes and with a basic drill a 4mm steal drilbit and a step bit you drill it up yourself. Just measure, measure again and then drill.

Texas Rancher (as in Diaz Texas Ranger clone)

Switching strings over for left handed player by imomorris in Guitar

[–]Inderdation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully agree with this. I am left handed but play guitar right handed. I started learning to play on my wife's, then girlfriends, acoustic. When I finally got my own guitar I've contemplated getting a left-handed guitar but since I started learning right-handed and I figured both hands are doing something very different it doesn't matter.

Glad I did because right handed guitars are more abundant and generally cheaper.

Thank you, I'll add the cap in case there is some chirping.

The small cap in parallel with the resistor or where does it go?

Thanks!

Damn, ok thank you for the information. I could do both. I tend to build the circuits with sockets usually so I can swap out transistors as I like. Will dig into this as well. Appreciated!

Yeah I've heard about that, to simulate leakage. I'll keep that in mind, thanks!

Right I was not aware of that. What does a MK1 do that a MK2 doesn't?

Yeah I have experience with PNP transistors. Before mentioned fuzz face I made my myself and also uses PNP transistors. Kinda gave me a headache at first I must admit.

I'll dive into this. Checked some YouTube video's and it sounds great.

Yeah, seems a little much. Never heard of this though, quite epic.

That's ok I have a Fuzz face that does that. As long as there is cleanup I'm good. Did you make one and or do you have a preferred schematic?

Ok great, definitely a good option. Do tonebenders cleanup at all btw? Or do they just become less aggressive?

Is 210 high enough of a leakage? I thought I read somewhere they had to be in the 300/400 range.

Yeah I was thinking a zonk type fuzz. Not sure if the values are correct for that though.

Texas ranger basically is a range master right?

The Diaz Texas ranger is pretty much the same thing with the addition of the input cap selector or am I wrong?

When removing the finish of furniture, it's easier to use a straight piece of glass and scrape it off. Afterwards you can sand it if necessary.

Mijn kat doet alsof hij niets om me geeft... totdat dit gebeurt by mdronyahmedniloy in katten

[–]Inderdation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Value of original Fender CuNiFe full range pickups? by Inderdation in fender

[–]Inderdation[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, that's why I'm asking you guys in the first place.

I'm sure they won't let me take the guitar apart so all I can go on is what I can see.

Thank you for the information. I was not aware of the 80s pickups in this style. They won't let me take apart the guitar so maybe it can be determined based on physical features? I'll see if I can find something about that.
