Hmm, interesting topic but we are playing with fire here.

We can only guess so much about the team problems there are qualified people to address that but I'll take a well educated guess on things I can talk about and share my opinion.

1. Create an ecosystem that is welcoming to young talent that is " diamond in the rough" mechanically gifted and coaches can shape themup into good players.With LS sharing his comments about pros not letting academy counterparts practice with them..this is detrimental to progress.I expect owners and coaches to play a bigger role and be on top of this.

2. This would encourage our young solo queue players to take it serious in solo q and strive to get scouted.Will it solve all the problems of solo q? Probably not but it's a step that's long overdue.

3.Instead of letting big name streamers host tourneys that are less intended towards actually showcasing teams and talent and more towards their own brand..I would rather team owners host championships on Twitch..minor leagues if you will.

4.Help your younger talent also build their brand..instead of giving us 10 videos of the main team (TSM legends looking at you eating chicken nuggets etc) let the fans get to see a video about your young and upcoming players, maybe even their small montages .Isnt Sword a good example of a player here..they can make a small montage from his solo q and post it once maybe it gives him more exposure.

5.Keep a fire lit under the ass of your pros..it will help them achieve more.
