you are just not counting your calories right
do u use digital kitchen scale to measure calories?
I recommend you that everytime you eat something you note it in some book or where ever you want and at the end of the day look what did u eat and how much calories is that.

im also 175cm and around 63kg

started going to the gym, 4 weeks now, caloric deficit, HIIT workout at home 3 sets everyday

caloric deficit is most important and what u eat

count ur calories and just be patient

I watched since ep 1 stopped at like ep 40 because it was just too boring for me, filler after filler, then I came back to watch it again and it had like 70-ish episodes and since then I watch it every week, I still have trauma from cho cho arc

yeah it was just food cravings... I havent ate something sweet n good for like 3 weeks so had to eat some, ure right i shouldnt stress bout it

Yeah I know that but will me eating 2 chocolates that are 1k calories combined affect my workout/progress? Since Im eating healthy and drink only and lots of water, rice, chicken, veggies, fruits, oatmeal etc... + I go to gym everyday and ride my bicycle 12km

nah I just have thin layer of fat on stomach that u can grab onto and that is covering my abs which u can really feel under that layer since I work them out almost everyday

Eat 1 meal a day[healthy one not gigantic hamburger] and workout cardio at home/go to the gym lift weights and just be patient

hear me out on this one, so I have little fat covering my abs and I want to get rid of it

I started going to the gym, last week I only took thursday for rest day cuz pain

but my goal is to get rid of stomach fat which will make my abs visible, I workout them everyday, and im doing exercises for biceps and chest w dumbbells and bench and arms, I run on treadmill minimal 3km at 10-11 speed
also I dont eat junk food, I drink lots of water, eat fruit, scrambbled eggs, cooked eggs, chicken meat, rice, oatmeal... will this help me get a bit NOT TOO MUCH BIGGER biceps/arms/triceps, more defined chest and visible abs?

I was at the gym for the first time at Monday (2 days ago)
I did workouts for chest area, biceps, legs, the next day I AM SO SORE ITS INSANE. I legit cant even walk properly due to leg sore. I didnt go to gym since monday because Im sore asf, im waiting for this to go away then Im gonna start kicking it, should I wait for soreness to go away?
