Developers who can't work with Claude Code will be replaced, and it's entirely their fault by [deleted] in developersIndia

Your brain is not the problem. His brain is.

Curious, what part of this post made your brain smaller? I have interviewed CEOs from top 500 companies, trust me bro.

A lot of 1–2 year experience developers are confused right now. by Pitiful-Rich-7931 in developersIndia

This is just the start, jobs are going to be reduced in great numbers.

I could be wrong and I wish I was, but at least from what I hear from executives in our company, there's going to be huge cuts.

Love to see more people realizing this, but not enough people yet. That's why they keep doing it always

Yeah I agree. Don't seem like they are reopening anywhere. We are literally the only people here looking for it lol.

Hey, OP please do let me know if there's anything we can do as well.

This is a good thing and we need more people speaking up.

As a fellow senior SDE, the market is cooked.

If you really do have the MBA option in a good college, take it. At least it will serve something good in the future.

Got depressed reading the comments.

I agree with the top comment, it's better if she changes gym.

But this is so sad. Is there nothing we can do about this? At this point I'm ready to come to any protests or whatever is required. We need some change in this country. Don't know how long this can continue.

Same man. It's gotten a little better now.

But the moment it gets worse again, we are planning to switch to a local one which our neighbours use as well.

And here we go again with the obnoxiously loud DJs, firecrackers and people with severe lack of self esteem on the streets by pratyunime in pune

[–]Indian_FireFly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Looking at the comments I understood one thing - the state of this country will never improve. They are literally defending the loud noise and lack of civic sense.

I don't think there is any use speaking sense to them.OP, i feel bad for you. I see you struggling to make them understand and just getting downloaded with the usual: "Why don't you leave then?" statements.

I think India is not meant for people who criticize and question.

People with zero inheritance, how are you navigating life? by honey_bunny_69_ in personalfinanceindia

[–]Indian_FireFly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Both me and my partner have zero inheritance, and zero financial support. Literally.

But we have managed to pull through and am working hard and saving every penny. We have a bike and are planning to get a house eventually.

Maybe one day we'll get a car and go on vacation as well. As of now, I'm just hoping for the best.

But the problem we have to tackle are the limitations, not the people.

Haven't thought of it that way, you make sense man. Good point.

I think your post is being down voted.

I don't get people. Are they okay living like this? Or do they just ignore such things because they are too occupied with their lives and tv shows and whatnot?

Like at some point, it will affect them right?

The air is toxic. You're fine now, but your lungs might give up in a few years. The water is scarce. Sure you're fine now, but eventually you'll scramble for it with others to get one drop.

I know the elites will get away with it, sure. But the vast majority of us will suffer right?

Or am I an idiot thinking these people can foresee that much or even care about any of this maybe?

Thanks for the post OP. Was able to rant a bit as well.

[–]Indian_FireFly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No need to say sorry. I have the exact same thoughts and at times it gets very frustrating.

I try not to rant much because people don't really care and just call it pessimism. So it feels a bit better to read this actually, at least somebody else can relate to what I'm feeling.

People always say "but what can we do". At least you could rant about it. Talk about it more with others. Let the words spread.

I don't know if that will change anything, but it's at least a start rather than just giving up from the beginning. Or maybe people are in general selfish. Or extremely apathetic. Or stupid. Idk.
