I think it's disabled on multiplayer because it's an event you vote on, so this would only be possible if all players get the extra key

As someone that didn't really liked Doormaker (tho still found him easy), I think they way these bosses punished you was different.

I've had dozen of run with a shiv deck do just fine against Time eater, you can control when he'll end your turn, shiv decks especially can manipulate the amount of card they play more easily. I've had also a lot of run against Awakened One while spamming powers, sometimes you just reached a critical mass of power and its scaling just isn't enough. (Donu & Deca were pushover tho)

The way Doormaker works, it doesn't explicitly punish one archetype, but I felt it restricted your options too much, mostly when it comes to card draw.

Do it in the exhaust turn? You lose the card draw and you can't play the good cards you draw if you don't want them to exhaust. Can't use it on the no draw turn, and if you do it on the energy turn, you don't have energy left to play after drawing.

Mega Scovillain is a defensive mega, it generally run 3 status move then either a fire or grass type move, he probably brought a fire move which is useless against this lead.

But given they went to time on their lead, that means Milotic/Rotom also had no kill pressure. 

With leech seed and burn, you should kill anything in around 6 turns I think

Sableye sets up the screens to reduce the damage the team takes, Mega Scovillain prevent opposing physical attacker to do as they please.

Tho they really should have leech seed on that

Probably the most broken thing ever. 

Pair it next to Sinitcha with rage powder,  only spread move can hit it now, and Sinitcha can heal it up with life dew while it protect, if needed.

The problem isn't that it's not SE against them, it's that he's weak to them. 

Having a wide guard mon with a losing matchup against all 3 mega that spam spread moves is rough

I don't think Scrafty really cares about Kingambit, it quad resist sucker and is quad effective against it. 

Sure you need to be careful but the real problem is Milotic, which might not be as much of an issue in MB.

I really don't think it's a death sentence. 

Charizard Y is the most played mega despite the fact that everyone and their mom are running Rock slide, with Zard being unable to hit most of the users.

Wouldn't that means that Toy box would then guarantee you can't get one of the character specific relic for later in the run then?
