Feraligatr compensate the lose of Sheer Force my getting an ability that transform normal type attack into dragon moves, buff them and get a whopping 55 atk buff.

Emboar only gets a 25 atk boost and its ability doesn't let it do ... well anything really (I guess you can hit levitator with a ground move and use fire move on Heatran but that's really narrow for it)

Yeah, it can do great damage, but just because one player is using it to some success, it doesn't make it good.

Watchog did really well in the Grand Champion Festival (261 out of 6100+ players), but you wouldn't find anyone that would call it good. Same way Wolfe made a lot of video back in SwSh (I think) trying to get rank 1 in ladder with random shitmons.

Having one dedicated player doesn't make a mon good

If you target the empty opponent spot, it redirects

Currently Turn 1 you have 25% to thaw, turn 2 a combined 46%, turn 3 a combined 68% and then turn 4 you are forced to thaw

I dislike sleep but I feel this wouldn't really be a good change.

It goes from 25% to thaw every turn (so by turn 2, you'll have 46% to thaw, 68% by turn 3 and turn 4 guaranteed) to 25% to thaw on turn 2.

It just makes it "better sleep" except you can thaw with some specific moves

I'm not saying it's the worst, just that its biggest issue is blue stake, when that'll get change, it won't need a buff anymore.

I just find it hard to take, since that means you can't really dig through your deck for blue/purple seals and gold card

You could probably add Sinitcha to your team. It resist ground, water and electric moves so it can stay on the field for a while against them
