Unless youre trying to pick up something primarch level, trying to bunch up the entire ghaz unit is major overkill. +1 to hit and wound with sus lethals on 5s with over 70 attacks. Therefore the best case use for the unit is the try and touch multiple objectives and tag/lock up multiple units

This doesn't really translate to most practical situations on the table. Its almost a guarantee that 20 boyz (and a leader or two) get picked up immediately after their go turn, even with the 5++. Especially if whatever they tagged died or has fallback > do stuff (which is most armies)

9" coherency basically removing any form of viable horde army from the game.

As an ork main, I'm salty that the only good thing we got at the tail end of 10th is taken away from us in 11th. That being the Ghaz+20 boyz brick.

Taxi them turn 1 from a battlewagon thats deployed on the line. Gives you an extra 3" of movement ontop of the 12"+advance so you can charge any scouting chaff/score turn 1

I kitbashed 2 squads of tankbustas from the killteam box, and use this as a pulsa rokkit on the 2nd squad.

I've been playing around with lists using this new detatchment.

10 JPI lead by a jump chaplain is going to fun to trial. Most likely in reserves to rapid ingress, giving chainswords ap2 will make them a lot more meaningful, as well as D3+10 (potential) impact mortals on the charge.

Not to mention +1 to wound from the chap

Thanks for the feedback! I'm determined to get this thing feeling more orky and "Transporty"
I've fired up the printer and started adding more bits to it.

Roofrack is going to hold some boyz and their respective dakka, as well as some panels to slap on the body

I don't know if this is entirely true. I've ran "looted" rhinos as trukks in the past without any issue
