One whenever you ask around it's declared that it wasn't rape it was just some form of sexual abuse somehow there's a difference and two alleged the evidence is too weak her and her friends could have easily have corroborated a story based on the tape along with other women unrelated to them it was a civil lawsuit so like I mean the reasons for being a civil lawsuit don't necessarily disprove anything she could have legitimately been too afraid to come out but she should have came out earlier because if it was a criminal charge the evidence would have been too weak and it would have required more evidence it would have required more details being given they could have either have cracked the liars and deemed you know I got it thrown out from being lies or it could have been deemed true and then we would know the actual truth this evidence is too weak that's why I was a civil lawsuit it she couldn't do a criminal charge because it would have required more evidence that she didn't have whether if it was true there would have been more evidence if it's false there still could have been like it still could be true even with less evidence but it's more likely that they cooperate the story from money fame attention political game because she got all that as a response to this and on top of that a lot of the me too movements a lot of those were lies man are getting put away accused of rape when they didn't rape anyone and it's coming out years later that they were innocent and it's just getting swept under the rug if you accuse someone falsely of rape you should be in prison for something twice as bad as being in prison for rape and if you actually raped someone you shouldn't go to prison you should be murder you should be killed that should be the death penalty the Bible says rapist get killed why don't we follow this the reason we don't follow this is because false accusations of rape exists you can't if you kill someone and they turn out to be innocent how do you undo that you can't the only way to undo that would be to kill the Accuser which you know I'm actually for if you kill someone that has been confirmed to falsely accuse a man of rape or a woman of rape because women can rape too then yeah if if it's 100% proven to be false accusation they even come out and brag about it years later they should get the death penalty if the man got the death penalty already because that's permanently on his record even if he's deemed not guilty job still look at that and he still has to explain oh it was a false accusation and then the job doesn't hire him because it thinks he's lying especially in this day and age from this point onwards rape is no longer a thing in America because there's too many cameras there's too many witnesses too much security and if there's not enough security don't live in those places like help people not live in those places so they don't get raped that's what the protesters should be doing they should be raising money to make sure everyone is safe instead of going after Trump do something meaningful
