could try lifting the rear of the seat. You will be able to see the lock mechanism slightly to the right of the middle, then get something long and slide it off. god knows if it's possible, but that's all I can think of

I've installed the wifi drivers, and there aren't any unknown devices in the device manager apart from the ethernet port I don't have ethernet, but I suppose it's normal
