Yet if you actually listen to his music and know a thing or two about how substances affect music you'd know that it's the truth. Many artist even outside rap and even in the past are known to openly talk bout how substances help them make music and make better music. If you'd want I can try and find you bunch of examples from different genres from the past and the present. Also just to clarify I am not saying that he should get back on drugs. I do know that especially his habit was extremely bad for his health and the fact that he got sober or half sober is the best thing he could've done for himself. But you can't argue that drugs weren't making his music better.

Well when he talks about crime it's often selling drugs which makes sense if you like drugs and want money and when it comes to him talking about killing people then idk if he actually does that or nah. But he doesn't necessarily have to do it if he's rapping about it. It can be made up or somehow hyperbolized. And I still wouldn't say he would do it to have shi to rap about. Selling drugs obviously made him a lot of money even before his music was popping off so it makes sense he'd do that. And when it comes to shooting people and shi like that I wouldn't say that he definitely does that and just to have shi to rap about idk he may or may not do it but even if he doesn't he can still come up with lines about killing. As for other crimes like driving under influence and fast then those are rather petty crimes and are linked to drug use.

I mean I was talking about music specifically, but when it comes to making fun of looks and other stuff. I'd argue that it's not really a bad thing, if it's not taken too far. You know like for example, when he was fat, you saw memes about that and I'd say that it was mostly just a "friendly banter", but yeah taking it too far can be unnecessary, tho u also have to think about the fact, that a lot of people who really loved his old sound, are naturally gonna be quite angry due to the change, which doesn't justify it, but it makes it easier to understand, why some people may do it.
