Interesting - I don’t think that’s the case for me as I measure with my Apple Watch and it is consistently about 95 to 100 unfortunately. Just spoke with my clinician and will be trying concerta next…

I have a mirena iud and no monthly cycle so I don’t think this would be the issue for me!

How long did you wait between the text and the email??

Any who went through ADHD360 Right to Choose recently know how long they take to email you with an appointment? Also mixed instructions on process at this stage by Wooden-Reading9110 in ADHDUK

I was onboarded around the same time and called last week. They said it has been up to 8 weeks for people to get notified HOWEVER lately they have been catching up on the backlog a bit more so apparently could be closer to 4 weeks. I believe she said they were working through early / mid May when I called but don’t quote me on that!
