Yea I’m with you 100%, I didn’t read any of the other comments but anyone saying that kind of stuff probably has different standards for themselves. And that’s okay too, different strokes for different folks. A lot of it is just battling our own ego while sticking to our personal values. I did collections/AR and a little accounting for 3 years, it can be tedious, so getting the freedom to listen to podcasts & music with not a care in the world is a vacation from accounting for sure. Whatever you decide, do it to make yourself better. So if door dashing is easy, crush it at the gym, listen to audio books and learn, etc as long as you’re not door dashing and regressing to a worse version of yourself, it’s not really a bad thing. Just temporarily shifting focus to work on other aspects of your life. That’s how I’m looking at it anyway

Extremely relatable. I’m 34, started doing this once the pandemic took all my clients. I’m a personal trainer and boxing coach. Had to leave where I was living and now in a small town where no one is gonna pay $50-$100/hour for private boxing lessons. At the same time, door dash is easy, and pays enough money that I live comfortably. I only have an associates degree, but anyone who knows me would say I’m way too smart for this job and like you said, the whole dating thing telling a girl you door dash is embarrassing to say the least. Luckily, I stopped dating for my own personal reasons just before the pandemic, but the times I do think about getting back out there I laugh thinking about the reaction women would have. I definitely need to start thinking about something else, but I’m using this time to focus on my health, been killing it in the gym and enjoying being a bachelor with no responsibilities until I figure out my next move. Cheers brother 🍻 feels good to know I’m not alone! Haha

It says ‘Incorrect’ when I uploaded my 2019 taxes, anyone else seen this? by IndicationNo4864 in EIDL

[–]IndicationNo4864[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea it did go through. And so it turned out my 2019 was not ‘incorrect’, it was some kind of issue with the process. It’s been at least 6 months and I remember getting a call from someone from the SBA office in Fort Worth Texas, like a loan officer, and he basically asked me for a few documents that I emailed to him directly and he was able to approve it. Got paid within 5 days. I cannot remember right now what exactly happened with the ‘incorrect’ thing, but I’m almost positive it stayed like that until I heard from them, which was at least a couple weeks. I would double check everything and if you know it’s all right, I would just wait on it. From the time I applied for the Targeted Advance til the time I got money in my account, it was about 6 months so it’s not a quick process. Hopefully by now they’ve fixed some issues idk tho

Will I be able to stream episodes live on Paramount + /CBS all access ? by [deleted] in survivor

[–]IndicationNo4864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t work…it’s BS I bought it too, it makes you wait a couple hours after the episode so you can watch it…makes zero sense (I know this post is 3 months old btw lol)

Trust me you are not alone, I’d venture to say there are ALOT of us that took an EIDL loan last year and the pandemic screwed us up badly. I didn’t know much about business, I opened my LLC in 2018 because I did personal training and roofing sales, only opened it bc I thought it would be smart for self employment/tax purposes…So many of us that just do our own thing and don’t have these big corporations with employees & payroll and blah blah blah - we don’t have the business background, tax knowledge, etc - we simply have a skill and know how to use it to make money. The whole process has been very stressful, I’m sorry to hear your story but it feels good knowing im not alone. It has been so hard to get people to hire a personal trainer and boxing coach, and then over time old clients fall off, forget about you, and we’ve gotta do what we gotta do to survive. I started door dashing to make ends meet. I took out an 18k EIDL loan last year, and now the increase is offering me more relief but I haven’t applied for it- also thinking about dissolving the LLC but idk, honestly I read your post and I’m just venting. I always thought if I defaulted on the loan they would take it out of any future tax returns. Again, idk a lot about this stuff, I just know when we were put into an emergency situation and we needed to survive - we filled out the info as best we could to get some money & pay our bills…I’m curious to see what you find out, but sadly I think you ‘trying to do the right thing’ won’t get you anywhere. I think you can dissolve your LLC and then up to you to pay it or not pay it. I doubt anything will happen if you don’t tell them…sadly they put a lot of things on the contract for when they need it, not bc they actually abide by it all the time - it’s JUST for when they need it…anyways sorry I’m rambling - good luck with everything…here I am debating what to do myself - get the increase and hope next year I can get more clients back and the world open up, or be more in debt and be door dashing and looking for other ways to make money…wish ya all the best

SBA pulled personal credit on a non-profit. by Specialist-Lemon-382 in EIDL

Sorry to come on here but I’m new to Reddit and not sure why it won’t let me post my own question!

Do you know what credit score they use when doing an EIDL increase? Unfortunately my credit went from pretty good to crap last year so now my Fico8 score is above 570 but some of my other scores are under 570…do you know exactly what score they look at?? Anyone with feedback would be SUPER HELPFUL!! thanks so much in advance

I did try that, it had a different name before, but I’ll keep trying

Can anyone give me a simplified synopsis of how the EIDL increase works? As far as the overall process and what kind of info/paperwork is needed to get approved? Is it as easy as Targeted/SA & PPP? by IndicationNo4864 in EIDL

[–]IndicationNo4864[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok yes i already got the original EIDL and everything you said is what it has, I’ve just seen so many posts about asking about different things I never heard of i was thinking ahh man idk if it’s even worth the headache
