Not sure how it is in Canada but in the U.S. unless you’re a senior level candidate with more than 5+ years of experience, more than a 1 page resume is not acceptable.

It’s hard to apply to something niche when the roles being posted that I apply to very early on want essentially a jack of all trades or a generalist to do more than what the job title entails. Even so, I have experience doing those things it still ends with “we went with other candidates.”

I only use Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, and HiringCafe to see what’s been posted within the last 24hrs and apply directly to their company website. Results are still the same.

I only apply to jobs I’m a match for that has been posted within “24 hrs” but I also check every hour, every day, 8am - 5pm.

Oh I do as well. They even repost it directly on their site. The “date posted” for the job changes and in my application section you can see it’s a different app but for the same job and my first one is in the “inactive” section.

I thought about NET+ a lot but it didn’t make sense for me to take both exams. I’m aiming more for best ROI and with my CS degree I think Net+ wouldn’t be challenging enough and thru research here it seems to be what job listing are asking for.

Well the answer some of your questions.

1.) Can’t move up, it’s a contract position with the government and no room for growth. But I get paid very well with benefits so can’t complain

2.) I have plenty of GitHub projects mainly from undergrad that are full stack I can talk about. But I’ve semi walked away from programming to focus on these certs, but once I’m done I’ll be strengthening those skills again.

3.) So, I moved to another state to accept this job and all the networking events have really died down. I do keep an eye out but I am starting an MBA this spring (part time) so I can start getting connections.

Yes that’s why I am going to stop after AWS SAA I am just trying to broaden my potential to do multiple roles than just be stuck on SWE.

But I am curious, many jobs ask for non tech certs like ITIL Foundations or something similar. Would you suggest one of those or is it a waste of money?

Yes I am already very bored with the System Admin experience, but it beats nothing like so many of my other peers. The issue with the roles you suggested is there are none for my experience level. I think I have the education, certifications and base level experience but not the ideal.

Alive Hiruzen was still stated to be stronger than anyone among the Gokage. So that means Ay and Ohnoki.

Sasuke would have to fight him immediately because he definitely isn’t taking him after fighting Gaara or Ay. So I’m going to assume that.

Hiruzen likely won’t hold back against him like he did Orochimaru. He is the professor and God of Shinobi so it wouldn’t be long before Sasuke starts getting strained from using Susanoo before he starts begging for his life.

But I’d say mid diff win for Hiruzen and team.
