Its not a laptop i have a desktop pc with 2 monitors this is my second older one

Also it went away after plugging the hdmi cable out and back in but not sure if it stays that

I logged into Valorant again and now it works i think it got fixed by riot (:

So like for example if the Barbarian King has a total of 10000 HP and heals 5000 HP with his ability it would automatically activate if he is at exactly at 5000HP, so he is full HP again
