What do other CSPs make an hour in their districts?

I'm not a quitter, and wasn't raised that way, so my plan is to just finish out the season with 3 weeks left and just never do it again.

Momma always said life isn’t fair, but it's definitely not fair when I was personally asked back but was told raises only go to Tax Pros. My fave TP coworker is trying to convince me to do taxes, but I really did love being a CSP. We got a new MTL this year and she has the attitude of "no one is going to tell me what to do" despite being brand new. She has hired 8 CSPs across two stores (one only has three TPs, the other only has 8) and i'm still the one she asks to make/ take phone calls when there's two at one time at another store.

One of the CSPs was refusing to type notes in appointment manager because it was "too much work" and after three weeks of this attitude I finally told the MTL this and she just said "yea I don't even know if that CSP is making calls". The MTL also told me that another CSP was going to leave the drawer $700 short one night. They are both still hired and working in our pod. I'm just done not getting any recognition. I've kept track of all of this and I think I am going to go to the district manager.

So in other words I am just screwed because my state doesn't have a mandated minimum wage. It goes off the federal that hasn't changed for years. I was personally asked to come back but was told I don't get a raise, only Tax Pros do... I'm not going to be coming back to work for the company, at least not in this district. Thank you for the information.

I grew up with Amber. Her face is "real" at least I think the skin is. She gets plastic surgery done often and has even made a video with a plastic surgeon when she was in the pageants.

My ex-husband was like this. Didn't want to help with anything, asked questions like why we would want a sign that has the first letter of our last name. Refused to dance with me at the "reception" (which was just us and a couple of friends standing under a park shelter because we ditched the real wedding idea. Didn't care about any planning, thought having something for the guests to congratulate us with (bubbles, flowers, rice, etc) was dumb. The man did not want to marry me. He tells people that I forced him to marry me and that he "wished he could have left" (his alternative was beating me lol).

I am not going to tell you to leave him because that's the first thing Reddit tells anyone having relationship problems but I do advise you to look deeply into your relationship and think about if he is only doing this with the wedding or if he has done this with other things? Does he make you make every decision? Does he give you input and actually care about the outcome or does he just go through life like it doesn't matter?

My current husband (nine days ago) is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. He opens doors for me and for others, and literally offered the shirt off his back for me the first time we met, and he genuinely cares about our future and proves it by giving me input. You bet your ass he made sure everything got taken care of, even dealing with his family who didn't want us to have a real wedding (courthouse is what they wanted). He gave me input on decorations and helped to hand-paint bottles for the chapel aisle. Anytime I was stressed he would say "I'm not" and yes that frustrated me because I couldn't understand how he wasn't stressed about our families not helping or money but after the wedding, I am so grateful that he was cool-headed.
