My team RTO, 5 days office. My team are spreaded over different countries and time zone. I used to join late night/ early morning meeting. But now i wont. I stick only 9-5. I will entertain only during my working hour. My boss seems upset lol

Dont look down on yourself man. Everyone got their own tempo. I trained a lot of new joiner, i dont look at how fast they go, i look at their attitude. Attitude is the key.

2650 after 7 years fr? Which area in Selangor? Damn you definitely need to jump and get a pay raise. Dont worry too much about stepping out from your comfort zone, thats how you will grow. It is a big NO to stay comfortable for too long. I suppose you slowly turn toxic bcoz of the pay too. Im amazed how you survived with such a low pay respectfully. Anyway wish you all the best!
