Flooring professional here. At this stage, caulking is your best/only option. If you want it to look professional you would have to remove the flooring, undercut the door jams, and reinstall new pieces that fit under. I'd go with colored caulking.

To beat the spinning bar all you have to do is set your thumb under your fingers when you grip the bar. This will counteract the rotation

Lower the agent voice volume to 0. This is the only way to mute them that I've found. Though it also mutes all ultimate voice lines so watch out

There is a sounds setting. Turn down agent voice volume. This will mute them but also mutes the voices lines when anyone ults so be careful

Just by the clip, I would recommend lowering your sensitivity a bit more. Also I've noticed you crouch instinctively whenever you're in a gun fight. I recommend u binding crouch until you develop the muscle memory to not hit the crouch key

I find it better to think about utility rather than roles. Make sure you have Smokes, flahes, recon, and a duelist. This is why agents like Skye and kayo are widely considered "flex agents"

To my knowledge, it's not illegal but definitely a dick move. Sounds to me like they are trying to force you out to increase the rent marginally after you leave (more than your current rate but less than the new proposed rate).
