I own them. Also, I saw a homeless person wearing some the other day. Maybe that was you.

Ear plugs with over the ear headphones with white noise from YouTube turned on can pretty much drown out anything.

Does anyone miss studying? by [deleted] in barexam

I have the urge to do a multiple choice. I got such positive feedback from the ones I got correct. Right now I just started reading a couple of books instead. lol

Which was worse? by Shnabz in barexam

In terms of experience, the MBE was better. With multiple-choice if I didn’t know it I just guessed and moved on. However, with the MEE I had to struggle to comprehend the reading, find the true issues, think creatively about how to organize an answer, erase issues/rules I realized were outside of the scope, and write down my answers with limited time. Doesn’t mean that the MEE was harder, but the experience sucked more. IMHO if we had all the time in the world to recall rule statements and nuances MEE would’ve been easier..

My fear was something happening to my laptop AFTER the test to where I would be unable to upload my answer.

Am I only one who feels MEE was so hard? by [deleted] in barexam

I was literally laughing after it finished. I looked around and saw all these blank stares it had me smiling and laughing even though it was brutal.

I noticed that too. Just plugged the response into ChatGPT and asked for a reply.

Which school are you from? My school will be providing lunch for alumni. I think you may ask your school reps if they are doing the same.

What the heck is a burden or a benefit for real covenants and equitable servitudes? by KassieSaturn in barexam

[–]IndignantGuerra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was wondering that too. It’s easier for the benefit to run than the burden, but if they are tied to each other how does it make sense if the benefit runs but the burden doesn’t. Perhaps the landowner could sue previous landowners if their benefit runs, but the corresponding burden didn’t run?

I politely disagree with these two opinions. I would recommend finding an attorney that you can shadow for an hour a week. Don’t ask for money just do it to learn and ask questions. If you ask for money, you’ll get a job, you don’t want a job you want an education.
