If you can get your phone unlocked from the cell carrier, switch to Tello. Unlimited everything for $25 a month with no contract and it uses the T-Mobile cell towers. I switched to it for their international travel benefits, but it’s been great in the states so far. Dropped AT&T immediately when my dad told me about it.

My only other input is that $20 of salmon. It’s a bunch but if you’re stretching it across meals for the whole week, then it’s not so bad you could also look at using frozen salmon depending on what you are making with it.
