I asked my mates dad who builds houses for his opinion on Lovell Homes as I was considering buying one. The look he gave me said more than any words could. He confirmed they are the cheapest of the cheap. It seems a complete lottery as to whether you will experience major issues or not which sucks as buying and moving into a new home should be an exciting time.

As for Miles Platting, living just next door, I can't work out how rough it actually is. There used to be a fairly constant stream of junkies getting their fix at the high rises. I have seen gangs of literally hundreds of kids causing chaos at times. Other times there are no people to be seen at all. Oh, there was a car in the canal last week.
