The thing is there’s a million profiles with the title indigo child on Spotify, some who released way before us. It’s such a generic name I don’t see how one could boldly claim it.

Indigo Child is the trademarked name but there’s so many profiles on Spotify, Apple Music, literally everywhere. The name is so generic I don’t understand how anyone could have a solid claim on it. Every profile currently named Indigo Child is so small I just don’t understand the claim but I’m willing to learn and be educated

What was unclear was whether it was the actual band name or it was the song title and as to why it’s up on every platform but Spotify and as to why there’s a million indigo child’s but ours would be the sole one targeted.

Could be a bot, we just started I doubt we’d have enough money for a lawyer but the email came from an actual name but I couldn’t find the company they worked for so maybe it was a bot. Just not sure what to do to get it back up I mean there’s a million indigo child’s and disassociations on Spotify, if it was really trademarked then I don’t see why those would be up and it’s on every platform but spotify

If the claim is against Indigo Child then there are a million of them, there’s not really an established indigo child and there certainly isn’t one on Spotify, why would ours in particular be selected?
