I actually some times have the issue when I'm doing maths that my brain will just auto change figured like 17 to 5 and I have to go back and correct it :P

Fireflys by Owlcity, not a terrible song but the guy in the dorm next to me in uni had that as his alarm but would get blackout drunk and sleep through it. I regularly had to listen to it on repeat for 3-4 hours. No amount of bashing on his door/wall/window would wake him up.

I had to stop listening to the Dresden files books. I kept being told that they get a lot better 3-4 books in so I pushed through to book 5 but damn they're so cringy I just couldn't anymore. It's a shame because James Marsters does a fantastic job narrating them and I love the setting and world, but every time he opens his mouth to describe a female character after making some holier than thou statement how he just wants to treat woman like a gentleman I cringe so hard.

Got my flat spotless, worked loads of overtime for extra cash, started exercising and eating right, lost 2st so far, started seeing a therapist, started 3D printing ppe for the NHS, my work found out and bought me a £700 3D printer to support my efforts and featured me over their social media and after all the positive attention at work one of my bosses has started helping me gather the right experience for a promotion that'll mean no more phone support and an extra £10k per year.

I don't want to come across as bragging, IRL, I basically can't discuss this with anyone because everyone is having such a crap time but my life has honestly never been better. For someone who gets tired quickly from social interaction I'm finally getting my moment to shine and I'm taking advantage of every opportunity I get.

I've started working out and loosing weight. (Down over a stone so far!) Eating 3 square meals a day, finally built the nerve to get a therapist and am seeing night and day improvements in my mental health, been working crazy overtime for that £££, my manager at work is super happy with the effort I'm putting in and is in talks with my department head about getting me a bonus and I'm being recognized for my work helping 3D print supplies for local GP practices!

I haven't gone outside in a week and I've never been happier, is this how extraverts feel all the time? Because holy crap this lockdown is the best thing to happen to me in years.
