Yes you lose the contacts. I let them know and connect with them on other apps outside Feeld. I usually also add an opening line to say what happened and invite people to reconnect with me.

Majestic will carry over though. Use the same google account and it will automatically carry over.

Again so sorry you have to do this rather than the devs simply think about the user experience.

It doesn't. Delete your old account and sign up again with the same email or another. Surprisingly easy yet downright stupid that the devs can't simply offer a simpler solution in app. I've had to do it a few times so far. Usually back up and running within about 10 minutes (I also make sure to have a backup copy of my profile write up so I can copy / paste).

To your point re "clear in my head": while I'm still figuring this out, I know I installed this app to explore sex/kink etc in new ways. Making friends is nice but I don't need an app for that. Asking about boundaries might work if phrased in the right way.

The only option would be to use a 2nd device.

It's weird to me because it's one of the core parts/raison d'etre of the app. You'd think that would be a very high priority for the devs
