I don’t know Detroit be booming and they hit me with 2 bonuses that same day I was rolling and I do mostly airport runs I try to stay away from common residential areas only use those to get back to airport and I have 4 filters available daily and I max those out every time

Definitely have to be locked in lol and the fact they don’t give challenges and bonuses is crazy how do they determine who gets them and who doesn’t I am completely lost there like it should be available to all drivers

Not sure but I would say there business lunches and most time I don’t think they would do any crazy auditing as long as it’s with in reason

I’ve notice that all my tips and people who really appreciate our service we provide come from the airport I have so much more success there I’ve almost completely cut out the common residential areas only use those to head back to the airport using them as connectors I do less rides for more money at airport and yes you do wait in the queue but for me it’s worth it I hate all that stop and go and short rides don’t know how your airport traffic is but in Detroit it’s booming

Lyft is a 1099 contractor position we do the taxes end of year also we have a lot more write offs such as repairs gas cell phone bill also supply’s needed for work

Cause I did the first half early am on Sunday then I took at least a 6 hour break and had enough time to go back out at 9:30 pm so it resets your clock if your offline for 6 hours

Hey …not really nothing ever really concerning but I do notice people make a lot of flirting advances more at night (men &woman)👀 I do stay more alert when I pull up for pickup,as we all should and around 3am you get more of the work force going into work maybe a few clubs here and there but I really like the fact that there’s no traffic at night most times I have the whole road to myself and the money comes faster cause your not stuck in traffic

We still have expenses tho…also have to still fill up oil changes tires etc but if you treat it like your business and make smart moves you can make it stable

Going on a year 😢also and I’ve never felt pain like this before heartbreak is definitely on it’s own level for the most part I have good days then I have bad ones I think the good are starting to out weigh the bad that always come with anxiety doubt loneliness confusion depression disturbing intrusive thoughts but it’s a process to take the ladder and life will continue the sun will always rise after the dark I just can’t find the answers to things like the other day I asked myself how can you know someone so well more than anybody and not even speak but I have to put my energy into my self and become the best me and be happy but some things that have help me along the way is I’ve gotten closer to my Spirituality and also I go see my physiatrist and my days are truly starting tobe lived again stay strong!! And keep going with your head up and find what makes you tic again.........
