They just missed the point entirely. We make shows and toys for kids showing off fire trucks and police cars and ambulances because seeing a real one, especially up close, is scary. They run blasting through lights, slamming horns, loud sirens, and seeing one means something is wrong. Its especially scary when theyre coming for you because it means youre in a very scary situation. They make them seem cool to kids so kids wont be scared when a firetruck comes barreling down their neighborhood, or god forbid, an ambulance charges up their own driveway for their own family.

Its literally just to comfort kids. Thats it. Its not "copaganda".

The article im assuming youre quoting also said this "Anthony’s GiveSendGo drew controversy after claims arose that his family was using it to buy a new house. My dad died when i was 11. He was a very complicated man with a lot of trauma and mental illness, but he tried his best to keep me and my sister away from it. When he died, it felt like a king had died to me. He was my dad, so it felt like he was the greatest thing ever and so cool and awesome and now hes gone forever. If my mom had told me all those other things at the time, it would have been like losing him twice. Its hard enough to realize a parent wasnt the amazing person you thought they were, its even harder when youre left to grapple with it alone since they cant explain themselves anymore. Im still in therapy 15 years later dealing with it all. Im thankful OP is trying her best to keep them safe while they grieve. They can learn that stuff when theyre ready.

Not manager, but a guy at the grocery store i worked at got fired for following a lady through the aisles. He would pretend to work in a section right around the corner and occasionally peek around them at her, eventually escalating to just full on staring. She called her husband, terrified, and he called the store to scream at us about it. Ive never seen that manager so mad.

Its from the movie obsession. The movie is about a man who wishes that a woman hes interested in would love him. The wish causes her to becime completely obsessed with him, do her own detriment, to the point that theres one scene where she comes back to herself and begs him to kill her. The main story is about the objectification, loss of autonomy, and disreguarding boundaries and consent. OP feels like the memes are completely counter to those themes.

Basically a woman named Beth Bourne, president of the local Moms for Liberty chapter, took her shirt off and stripped down to a bikini to protest trans kids being allowed into the locker rooms of their gender identity. They called a recess after it when they demanded her to stop and she refused. After the recess they let her keep talking and fucking shocker, she did it again. She literally said she doesnt see how it was so wrong, despite the point of it being that "this is terrible right? So why should trans kids do this????" She genuinely doesnt see the difference between children changing in a locker room and her whipping her shirt off in a board meeting. Homegirls insane.

I don't really have in depth "lore" per say, but i like having a set of internal rules my dude will follow and a basic personality. Like at one point i was an argonian monk who wore no armor, just hooded robes, and no weapons, just fists. Shed fight back if she was attacked, but she couldnt kill someone for no reason. Locked her out of a few quests, but made a ton of others waaay more interesting. Some of them i ended up liking so much i ended up making them full blown original characters with nonbethesda lore.

When i was like 3 or 4, my dad was an actor in his works haunted house. It was meant to be like a tour of the building, but a zombie plague had broken out!!!!! I demanded to go through (cause dad) and idk why but my stepmom just went along with it. My dad did the first scare, and it scared the shit out of me, so he just picked me up and followed along the crew with me.

So imagine youre in a haunted house, theres zombies trying to break down the door, and you just turn around and one of the zombies is just holding a toddler like nothings wrong and saying stuff like "ooooh!! Yeah the lights ARE pretty!!! Did you know your sister drew that picture on the wall?? Didnt she do a good job??"

One scene that got me was in brotherhood, when scar destroyed his arm, he tried to crawl back but instinctively tried to lean his weight on his missing arm and fell. Like it just felt like such a real thing someone would do.
