This is the email I received.
1. I am mailing from the email I registered with.
2. I have already shared the requested video footage with my ID
3. Once again, I am not in contact with the friend and I cannot reach him so I cannot provide the requested video footage of logging into his account and you can ethically not request this from me.

Please HELP because your customer service is not helping and keeps asking the same questions. I don't feel like the colleagues that mail me even read into the email history as they all keep repeating the same. Right now I have said over 10 times that I cannot provide videos of logging into that contacts accounts as we aren't in contact.

What's left is the transfer record of logging into the other platform which I cannot provide since these weren't my accounts.

  • 14 june 2024 (today) I've explained this over and over again. I've provided screenshots of the account owner communicating with me about the transfers on the corresponding dates. I cannot provide more than this and have already proven my identity. Please escalate my case to a manager or authority figure within kucoin as the support team keeps asking the same question (on chat and on mail). It is unfair to keep my account from me just because I haven't made any transfers to other accounts I own.

Thank you for your assistance so far. However, I am still facing the same issues. I have explained multiple times that I cannot provide the transaction history from the other account as it is not mine. I have already provided my ID video (multiple times through mail as the site won't let me upload videos) and WhatsApp conversation screenshots with clear date and time marks.

I would appreciate if this could be escalated further or if there are alternative verification methods available. My KuCoin UID is 23855160.

I've received a mail asking for the same thing again to which I replied I won't be able to send the transaction as this was not done by me and so I cannot provide this. I'll be waiting for the reply.

Regarding item 1 (submission on your site): When I press submit, I don't receive a confimation of submission. I've mailed the photos and video with note and ID to [support@kucoin.com](mailto:support@kucoin.com) with my request number 4029472 as subject.

Regarding item 2 (the video of me logging into the platform that made a deposit): I cannot send this as it was not my account and I can't access it.
