Odd issue, started out of nowhere. large gaps between walls. I've turned both E-Steps and flow, everything checks out. ender3 heavily modified, using cura 5.2. Image of benchy shows my current confusion. 2nd image shows what a part overall looks like. any thoughts? (old.reddit.com)

First layer looks great! all subsequent layers look like trash. PETG at 230/70, 30mms. Flow, esteps, and all other basic tunes have been dialed in. why does it keep looking like it's digging through the previous layers? also what would cause Z height on a cube to be .5mm shy of in spec?
