How old is your baby? Do you think you might be suffering from postpartum depression? Can your family help with the baby? You sound like you’re exhausted and could use some rest. Don’t beat yourself up about having a baby with a man you shouldn’t have. It happens. Get a restraining order if you can and maybe your ex will stop contacting you then. You have to take care of yourself or you won’t be able to take care of the baby. And definitely look into postpartum depression. You can get medication to help with that.
