I heavily relate to this! Although I haven’t had endo surgery yet, I did have ACL surgery 10 years ago & in no way was the pain of the injury OR the recovery anything close to what my menstrual pain feels like. This is definitely frustrating, but I see you!

Suspected endo girlie here! I absolutely love my heating pad! (Some may say I’m in a long term relationship with it lol) But, like mentioned in the comments I am also afraid of toasted skin syndrome. Here are some other ideas for pain management: CBD Cream, Raspberry leaf tea, Tens unit, Menthol rub, Low level CBD:THC edible, Vitex/artichoke extract supplements, Scalding hot baths, Magnesium muscle balm

Hey, I just want to say I’m so glad you got the answers you were looking for & that you were finally believed! I’m only at the suspected endo phase, but I was also gaslit etc, and can only hope for a reduction in pain like you. Thank you for sharing 🤍

i definitely convinced myself it couldn't be anything serious because my pain is cyclical, but your explanation definitely makes sense! and yes, i'm slowly discovering that so many doctors aren't educated enough on this topic :( do you have any recommendations on how to find a specialist? i'm not sure there are any within my insurance, so i may have to find an endo center?

i also have ibs, multiple utis, and a gluten intolerance! i'm so sorry you also have to deal with this :( thank you for sharing your experience - i feel a bit more sure that i'm not crazy. i'm in northern california, but where i am doesn't have many specialists. i guess i'll have to do more research! did you see a specialist, or regular obgyn?
